Over 6 months, our team conducted intensive research and analysis around culture, leadership styles, workforce demographics, and growth trajectories. We facilitated workshops with managers to determine needs, preferences, and concerns about leading dispersed teams. Surveys and interviews with employees gathered data on ideal collaboration frequencies, desired office use, technology requirements, and more to incorporate diverse viewpoints.
Leveraging findings from this discovery phase, AllHRMatters created a customized hybrid model aligned to objectives - increasing agility while maintaining connection and engagement. Our full implementation plan included workplace policies, manager training programs focusing on empathy and inclusion, new intranet forums for employees to connect, adapted performance systems, and office redesigns to optimize flexible uses of space.
Early results show the new flexible workforce model has increased employee retention, belonging, and output With our change management guidance, AllHRMatters continues supporting their evolving transition through regular pulse checks and progress reporting to ensure the sustainable success of their hybrid program.
