Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) has become increasingly important and crucial for the health, productivity and success of organizations.  Organizations with strong DEI programs are more likely to have employees with increased job satisfaction, higher levels of trust, and are more engaged.

Recent Projects

Implemented DEI listening strategies to provide  insight to company leadership on workplace concerns and challenges faced by diverse employees.   


Designed, developed and delivered structured experimental DEI learning to build awareness and accountability for addressing unconscious bias, leading inclusively, and incorporating equitable workplace practices.
